We dispatch qualified technicians to install cables and equipment on site. No matter how large or small the installation is, we assign the right team to ensure it is done correctly. The company’s approach to testing equipment prior to installation has been proven to minimize site disruption and reduce complexity.
Programming.
To ensure the systems are user-friendly, SB Smart Solutions’ in-house engineers program the touch panels to provide an easy-to-use menu. These panels not only replace individual remote controls, but can also control lighting and link to the room reservation system.
Adoption.
It’s one thing for your IT staff to know how to use the technology, but are they the primary employees using the space? Most often, employees are not very familiar with it, are not very confident in it, and tend to ask for help from others, which can be easily prevented. Not only do we offer on-site training before the go-live date, we also offer unlimited refresher training as needed. This means that if you have new employees or employees who missed the onboarding training, our expert staff can come in and demonstrate all the technology in use. For peace of mind, we also provide a pre-go-live facilitator on your first day in your new space, meaning that if you have any questions or concerns, someone will be there to help.
